A Small Private Practice Offering Focused One-on-One Support

Dr. Adrian maintains a private practice and works with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure presence, care, and continuity.


One-on-one work is offered through an initial three-month commitment, designed to support depth and meaningful integration. This structure allows space for patterns to be explored and understood over time, rather than approaching the work in short-term or episodic sessions.

What to Expect

 One-on-one work with Adrian is personal, flexible, and responsive.


Sessions are shaped by what’s present for you — in your body, your inner world, your relationships, or your work. Some sessions feel reflective and conversational. Others are quieter and more embodied. Most move naturally between the two.


There’s no fixed method or agenda. Instead, the work adapts to what you need in the moment, drawing from a range of practices and ways of working, such as reflective coaching, Reiki energy work, gentle movement or embodied practices, Jungian-oriented dream exploration, and personal mentoring around topics that matter to you.


You don’t need to arrive with a plan or know what you want to work on. There’s no pressure to perform or “do it right.”


The work unfolds through attention, presence, and relationship.

Who this work is for

People who seek out one-on-one sessions with Adrian are often thoughtful and reflective, already carrying a great deal in their lives, and looking for a steadier place to sort through what’s unfolding. 


This work may be a good fit if you find yourself in a season of change or re-orientation, navigating grief, loss, or a significant life transition. Some people arrive feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or worn down by ongoing demands. Others are looking for support with overall wellbeing, integration, or relational challenges.


Many clients work in high-responsibility or high-pressure roles — environments that require steadiness, decision-making, emotional containment, or care for others. Over time, that kind of work can take a toll on the nervous system, relationships, and sense of self.


You might be working through communication patterns, complex interpersonal dynamics, or moments of conflict — at work or in your personal life. Some clients hold leadership roles and are seeking clarity, steadiness, or a more grounded way of meeting responsibility.


Some people arrive with clear questions. Others arrive with a quieter sense that something is shifting and want a steady, thoughtful place to explore it.


Adrian works with people from many walks of life and backgrounds. All are welcome here, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, spirituality, or lived experience. What matters most is a willingness to engage thoughtfully and respectfully with the process.

What the Container Looks Like

One-on-one support unfolds over time and begins with an initial three-month commitment. This container is designed to support continuity, depth, and meaningful integration, rather than short-term or drop-in sessions.


The process begins with an Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment, which helps create awareness around how mindset, stress patterns, and habitual responses may be contributing to your current experience. This is followed by a dedicated session to explore the results together — clarifying what you’re hoping for, what may need to shift, and how to approach the next phase of our work with intention.


From there, we move into a series of six 90-minute one-on-one sessions, typically scheduled every other week. These sessions provide space to explore themes as they arise, integrate insights into daily life, and work with both inner and outer patterns over time.


Toward the end of the three months, a follow-up ELI assessment offers a way to reflect on growth, notice shifts in mindset and capacity, and identify any areas that may benefit from further attention or support.


The initial three-month commitment includes:


  • one 90-minute intake and orientation session
  • six 90-minute one-on-one sessions, typically every other week
  • two Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessments
  • two 90-minute ELI debrief sessions
  • unlimited Voxer* support between sessions for brief check-ins or reflections
     

This pacing allows insight to develop gradually, with time between sessions to notice, integrate, and apply what’s emerging.


Sessions can be held via zoom or telephone, depending on the client's needs. Some clients want video during our movement session, others like to take a walk in nature during their call. How we meet is flexible by design. Either way you always receive a thoughtful write up about the session to refer to later; Adrian takes the notes so you can focus on being present.


* Voxer is a secure voice-messaging app that allows for brief check-ins or reflections between sessions. Messages are typically responded to during business hours and are not intended for urgent support. 

Your Commitment & Investment

Choosing to enter this container is a meaningful commitment of time, attention, and care. The investment reflects the depth of support, assessment tools, and continuity involved in this work. All one-on-one support begins with an initial three-month commitment.


Initial three-month commitment: $3,375


This includes all sessions, assessments, debriefs, and ongoing support described above.

After the initial three months, support may continue on a monthly basis for those who find the work supportive to continue.


Ongoing support: $650 per month and Includes:

  • two 90-minute one-on-one sessions per month
  • unlimited Voxer support
     

Payment plans are available.

This is not a coaching session. It’s simply a chance to connect, ask questions, and get a feel for whether this container is the right next step. We’ll talk a bit about what’s bringing you here and whether working together feels aligned.
