The Energetic Psyche is an integrative approach to exploring the human experience through energy awareness, somatic intelligence, and depth psychology.
This work is grounded, embodied, and reflective. It supports people who are paying attention to the subtle dimensions of their lives — sensations, emotions, patterns, dreams, and energetic shifts — and want language, structure, and ethical grounding for understanding them.
Rather than focusing on fixing or self-improvement, The Energetic Psyche emphasizes interpretation, integration, and inner authority.
At the center of this work is a simple premise: The body and psyche are already communicating.
Sensations, emotional patterns, symbolic material, and energetic experiences are forms of information. When approached with curiosity and respect, they offer insight into meaning, boundaries, and direction.
This orientation understands:
Depth emerges through attention and relationship — not force.

This work isn’t about pushing harder, fixing yourself, or becoming a more optimized version of who you are.
You won’t be asked to perform, bypass your experience, or follow someone else’s authority.
Instead, this work is:
The intention isn’t to become someone new —it’s to listen more clearly to what’s always been there.

People arrive at The Energetic Psyche for many reasons.
Some are moving through a season of transition or expansion.
Some are becoming more curious about energy, somatics, or consciousness.
Some are practitioners looking for language, structure, and ethical grounding for experiences they already trust.
What tends to be shared isn’t a single identity, but an orientation —
toward integration rather than acceleration, inner authority rather than external validation, depth rather than performance.
There’s no required identity to belong here — all are welcome.

Dr. Adrian Campbell, PhD, is the founder of The Energetic Psyche.
Her work integrates depth-oriented scholarship, somatic practice, and energy-based modalities to support embodied understanding, psychological nuance, and ethical discernment.
Adrian brings a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world leadership experience to this work. She earned her PhD in Depth Psychology with a somatic emphasis, and brings over two decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and service within structured, high-responsibility environments — including service in the United States Coast Guard, where she worked in high-stakes, operational contexts requiring clarity, composure, and sound judgment under pressure.
This foundation informs her ability to work skillfully with both inner experience and external responsibility — bridging analytical thinking with embodied awareness in a way that resonates with professionals from scientific, technical, and systems-oriented fields.
Her training and background include:
Rather than positioning herself as a fixer or authority over experience, Adrian works as a guide, interpreter, and collaborator — supporting people in developing their own discernment, language, and embodied understanding.
Her approach emphasizes:
