Anxiety, depression, insomnia, low self-esteem… all these symptoms are a cry for help, telling us in ways we cannot ignore, that something is not quite right, that things are out of balance and need to be set right.

Energy healing helps create balance by clearing damaging energetic blockages that have embedded themselves over time, limiting our ability to heal.

Why learn to do Reiki on yourself? More than likely it these symptoms developed over time, so it will most likely take more than a one-time session to get rid of them. This class will empower you to take charge of healing your symptoms by identifying what causes them, where they exist in your energetic body, and how you can treat them over time with the patience and love they deserve.

In this class you will learn how to:

- Identify underlying energetic causes of mental dis-ease, including personal/inter-generational trauma and empathic absorption, and how they show up in the energetic body.

 - Understand the dynamics of the Chakra System, including overactive, underactive, and blocked chakras. 

- Work with Reiki to give yourself standard and alternative reiki treatments. 

- Work with Reiki energy to release you from negative energetic blocks and patterns. 

- Work with Reiki to create and maintain a positive energetic space at work and at home. 

- Use Reiki energy to heal past trauma and create preventative safe space. 

- Use Reiki the charge crystals for healing bundles and in grids. 

- Energetically manifest for yourself and others. 

- Develop a supportive personal healing practice.

*As a part of this class you will also receive a Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 & 2 attunements.

Every student will receive a copy of “Energy Healing for Mental Health: Exploring dis-ease through the lens of the energetic body” a 180+page textbook by Dr. Adrian, which includes course information, figures, exercises, and space for personal reflections and artwork.

Dates for this class are August 30th & 31st, you need to attend both days to complete the course.

This course was created to help others more easily share the love of Reiki with the world.

As someone who has been teaching in multiple fields for over 20 years, teaching Reiki always came naturally to me, and honestly, it has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. I wanted to be able to share this gift with more than the Reiki Masters I worked with one-on-one, and so the idea for this course was born.

I truly believe that the students that are meant for you will find you, and the best way to ensure that, is to build a class that is unapologetically and authentically YOU.

This 3-hour course is a combination of group discussion and reflection exercises, and includes a one-on-one mentoring session with me, Dr. Adrian Campbell.

Cost is $225 and includes the 3hour workshop, a copy of Dr. Adrian’s Book “Teach Reiki Your Way”, and one hour of one-on-one mentoring ($125 value).

Complete Program Description:

Week 1: Holy Fire Reiki I Online Course via Zoom (6 hours on Saturday)

During this online workshop you will receive the First Degree Reiki energy attunement, which will give you the ability to channel Reiki energy and you will learn and experience:

• The history and evolution of Reiki
• How Reiki works
• Understanding of the bioenergetic field (the aura) and the chakra system
• The practical applications & beneficial effects of Reiki
• How to do Gassho Meditation, Byosen Scanning, and Beaming
• How to enhance your intuition and work with your guides
• How to do a self-treatment (including a practice session)
• The standard Reiki hand positions for others and self (including plants and animals)
• Using Kenyoku at the end of your treatment sessions to clean your energetic space
• Professional practice standards for working with others

Reiki I Individual Mentoring

During the week following your training you will have a one-hour phone session with Dr. Adrian to discuss your intentions and goals for using Reiki Healing Energy in your life. Dr. Adrian will help you hone the tools you’ve learned in a way that designs a Reiki I practice that most benefits you.

Week 2: Usui/Holy Fire Reiki II Online Course via Zoom (8 hours on Saturday)

We start out this meetup with a group check-in to share how each person used reiki to benefit their lives over the previous week. Allowing time for more personal mentoring, as well as an opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences.

During this online workshop, you will receive the Second Degree Reiki energy attunements, and you will learn and experience:

• Knowledge of, and attunement to, the 3 basic Usui Reiki Symbols: the power symbol, the mental/emotional healing symbol, and distance healing symbol
• How to use the symbols in doing your Reiki Sessions for self and others
• How to use the reiki symbols to seal and protect your energy and home
• How to use your symbols for hands-on sessions
• How to do distant or remote healing sessions
• How to use Reiki and the Symbols for self-transformation and manifestation
• How to charge crystals with reiki to create healing bundles and grids
• How to heal past mental/emotional issues
• Ways to develop your Reiki Practice

Reiki II Individual Mentoring

During the week following your final training day, you will have a one hour phone session with Dr. Adrian to discuss your intentions and goals for using the Reiki symbols. Dr. Adrian will help you create clarity around which methods of using the symbols will be most beneficial, and help you create a plan to implement them more fully in your life. If creating a reiki business is something you are interested in, it can be discussed during this call as well.

Dr. Adrian offers a relaxed and encouraging teaching style that combines individual and group learning, one-on-one mentoring, and practice sessions so you can feel confident as you develop your Reiki Practice for yourself and others.

This training is for those interested in teaching Reiki or becoming a Reiki Master to enhance their personal or professional practice.

Dates for this class are November 7th, 8th, & 9th, you need to attend all three days to complete the course.

During this certification training, you will receive the Usui Holy Fire Level III/ART & Master Energy Ignitions and Attunements, and you will learn and experience the following:

Day One: Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level III/ART (Advanced Reiki Training)

• The Usui Master Attunement which increases the strength of your Reiki energy.
• The Usui Master Symbol which increases the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols and can be used for healing.
• Practice using the Usui Master symbol for treatments.
• Explanation and instruction in giving healing attunements which direct powerful attunement energies for healing purposes only.
• Deeper exploration into the energetic body, including the aura and chakra system.
• The use of crystals and stones with reiki, including creating healing bundles.
• How to make a Reiki crystal grid that will continue to send reiki to yourself and others after it is charged.

Days Two & Three: Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master

• The complete Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master ignition.
• The Holy Fire symbol.
• The Usui Holy Fire system of attunements and ignitions are explained and demonstrated.
• Instruction on how to give Reiki attunements for Reiki I&II, Level III/ART, and the ignitions for Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master.
• Substantial guided practice time giving attunements.
• The values and spiritual orientation of a Reiki master and teacher.
• Fundamentals of Teaching Reiki.
• Completion certificate.
• “Become a Reiki Master”, Dr. Adrian’s 200+ textbook.
