Anxiety, depression, insomnia, low self-esteem… all these symptoms are a cry for help, telling us in ways we cannot ignore, that something is not quite right, that things are out of balance and need to be set right. 

Energy healing helps create balance by clearing damaging energetic blockages that have embedded themselves over time, limiting our ability to heal. 

This class will empower you to take charge of healing your symptoms by helping you identify what causes them, where they exist in your energetic body, and how you can treat them with the patience and love they deserve.

In this class you will learn how to:

• Identify and explore underlying energetic causes of mental dis-ease, including personal/inter-generational trauma and empathic absorption, and how they show up in the energetic body
• Understand the Chakra Systemin-depth and work with this knowledge to create personalized healing practices 
• Work with Reiki energy to release you from negative energetic blocks and patterns, heal past trauma and create preventative safe space
• Create and maintain a positive energetic space at work and at home
• Manifest for yourself and others
• Develop a personal daily healing practice

*As a part of this class you will also receive a Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 and 2 attunements

Before each class every student will electronically receive:

• “Energy Healing for Mental Health: Level 1” workbook, which includes course information, figures, exercises, and space for personal reflections and artwork.
• Affirmation cards
• The Reiki Ideals meditation card

This online course is held over three weeks and includes a combination of individual and group learning, individual mentoring, and practice sessions so you can feel confident as you develop your Reiki Practice to benefit yourself, others, and the world at large.

Included in this course:

• 8-hr Usui/Holy Fire Level I group workshop & attunement 
• 1hr Individual Reiki I mentoring session 
• 8-hr Usui/Holy Fire Level II group workshop & attunement 
• 1hr Individual Reiki II mentoring session 
• 2hr Group Course completion and final blessing healing attunement

Saturday 1: Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level I (8 hours)

During this Certification, you will receive the First Degree Reiki energy attunement, which will give you the ability to channel Reiki energy and you will learn and experience:

• The history and evolution of Reiki
• How Reiki works
• The practical applications & beneficial effects of Reiki
• How to do Gassho Meditation
• Byosen Scanning and Beaming
• How to do a self treatment
• The standard Reiki hand positions for others and self
• Using Kenyoku at the end of your treatment sessions.
• Professional practice standards
• Practice treatments
• How to use and practice from the Hayashi Healing Guide
• Learn about the philosophy, purpose and vision of the International Center for Reiki Training

Saturday 2: Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level II (8 hours)

During this Certification Training, you will receive the Second Degree Reiki energy attunements, and you will learn and experience:

• The 3 basic Usui Reiki Symbols and be attuned to these symbols.
• How to use the symbols in doing your Reiki Sessions for self and others.
• How to use your symbols for hands-on sessions
• How to do distant or remote healing sessions
• How to use Reiki and the Usui Symbols for self-transformation
• How to heal past mental/emotional issues
• Practice time to try different Japanese Reiki Techniques with others.
• Ways to develop your Reiki Practice
• What to do to become a Reiki Master

A donation based, monthly online offering.

The 3rd Tuesday of every month we come together to learn, share, meditate a bit, and end with a Reiki healing attunement to help clear and refresh the spirit.

Each month is a different topic primarily focused on personal growth and development.
