Thank you for choosing to step into Power, Presence & Flow. I'm excited to welcome you into this experience and into the community that will support you along the way. 

Within the next 48 hours, you'll receive an email from me with:

• Your invitation to join the private Power, Presence & Flow community on Skool 
• A link to choose and register for your Level 1 cohort 

Once you're inside the community, take a little time to look around, introduce yourself, and explore the classroom.

You'll immediately have access to Returning to Yourself: A Guided Introduction to Psyche, Soma & Soul. This self-paced experience provides the foundational language and orientation for the work ahead, so begin here before your Level 1 cohort starts.

Your Level 1 materials will become available when your selected cohort opens. For the Fall 2026 cohort, Level 1 opens September 13.

In the meantime, settle in. Explore the community. Introduce yourself. And begin Returning to Yourself when you're ready.
